From Tacit to Explicit Knowledge

Sometimes it’s not what we individually know, but what we collectively know. This model shows how change can come from shifting what the individual knows internally (tacit) to a collective, external knowledge (explicit). The framework works well in brand building, design, management and generally co-existing nicely with people.
