The Fogg Behavior Model

This suggestion came to us from @ggirling to include Dr. BJ Fogg’s behavior change model. The framework demonstrates the relationship between motivation, ability, and a prompt — and the sweet spot for creating behavior change happens when motivation is high, the action is easy to do and the prompt is clear and relevant. This is great for testing out if your idea is likely to drive behavior. If you are missing one of these three things, you may want to revisit the drawing board.
